It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details, including size, color, shipping address, and other specifications, are correct at the time of purchase. Sensational Holy Threads is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided during checkout.
Payment Processing
We accept the following payment methods: credit /Debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google PayVisa, After Pay, Affirm, Klarna, Tap to Pay on Mobile, and Wix Point of Sale. All transactions are securely encrypted to protect your personal and financial information. Please note that your payment details are not stored on our servers.

Section 4.1: Pre-Order Terms

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve upcoming products before they are available for immediate shipping. However, since pre-order items are often in the manufacturing phase, they come with specific conditions different from standard purchases.
By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

Pre-orders help us manage inventory, reduce overproduction, and bring exclusive or limited-edition products to life based on demand.
By pre-ordering, you acknowledge and accept that:
You are purchasing an item that is NOT immediately available for shipment.
Your payment will be charged immediately upon order confirmation.
The estimated shipping date is subject to change based on production timelines and supply chain factors.
All pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable, except under the conditions listed below.
You cannot modify your order once it has been placed, so please ensure all details are correct before checkout.
If you disagree with any of these terms, please do not proceed with a pre-order purchase.

Section 4.2: Payment Pricing & Charges

Payment Processing
All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase to secure your item. Your payment will be immediately processed, regardless of the shipping timeframe.

Your purchase is final upon checkout, meaning payment cannot be delayed or postponed.

 

Price Changes & Adjustments
The price you pay at checkout is final—it will not be increased or decreased after purchase.
If the price of an item decreases after your pre-order, you are not eligible for a price adjustment or refund.
If the price of an item increases after your pre-order, you will not be required to pay the difference.
 

2. Estimated Shipping Date: Pre-order items have an estimated release and shipping date, which is subject to change. Any delays will be communicated via email. 

3. Limited Availability: Pre-orders are subject to stock limits. If an item sells out before processing, you will receive a full refund. 

Order changes and Cancellation

1. Customer cancellations: you may cancel your pre-order within 24 hrs of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed 

2. Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order due to unforeseen circumstances. 

A full refund will be issued in such cases  

 

Section 4.3: Shipping & Delivery

Estimated Shipping Timeframe
Each pre-order product has an estimated shipping window listed in the product description.
-Shipping estimates are based on our best projections but are not guaranteed.
-Your order may arrive earlier or later than expected due to external factors.

-Potential Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
We strive to deliver pre-orders on time, but delays may occur due to:
Manufacturing delays (e.g., production errors, supply shortages).
Shipping carrier issues (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS delays).
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes).
If there is a major delay (exceeding 60 days from the estimated timeframe), we will notify you via email with an update.
Partial Shipments
If you order both pre-order and in-stock items in the same purchase, we may ship the in-stock items first.
Additional shipping fees may apply if separate shipments are required.

 

Section 4.4: Cancellations, Refunds, & Exchanges

Cancellation Policy
Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 Hours: Cancellations are NOT allowed, as production costs are allocated based on pre-order demand.
Refund Policy
Refunds will ONLY be issued under the following conditions:
-The item is permanently discontinued and will no longer be produced.
-The estimated shipping timeframe has exceeded 60 days, and you request a cancellation.
-The item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).
Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Delays within the estimated timeframe

• Changes of mind after the purchase

• Incorrect size selection by the customer

Exchange Policy
-Size exchanges are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
-Customers must cover return shipping costs for exchanges.
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

 

Section 4.5: Customer Responsibilities

 Address Accuracy
-It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
-If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is lost or misdelivered, we are NOT responsible for refunds or replacements.
-If you need to change your address before shipping, contact us immediately 
 Lost or Stolen Packages
-Once an order is marked as delivered, Sensational Holy Threads is no longer responsible.
-If your package is stolen or lost, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier.

 

Section 4.6: Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

We take chargeback fraud seriously. If you file a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us:
-You may be banned from future purchases.
-We reserve the right to take legal action against fraudulent chargebacks.
-Unresolved chargebacks may be sent to a collections agency.

If an event outside our control prevents fulfillment, we will contact customers with available options.

All Sales Are Final!

Replacements for Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Contact us at sensationalholythreads@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
