• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Shipping times are estimated and may change due to production or supplier delays. Holy Threads is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

• Customers will receive tracking information once their pre-order has shipped

• Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days within the United States.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

   2.   Express Delivery:

• Typically takes a range of 2-5 business days, Please allow 

   

   3.   Local Delivery (Carrier Service):

• Available for customers within a specific region of Providence, RI.

• Delivery fee: $5

• Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after processing.

• You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

  4.   Priority Delivery: 

• ​​Takes usually within 24hrs, and up to 2 days to deliver

Free Shipping

• Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $100.

• Free local delivery is available for orders over $50.

 

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

• You will receive a confirmation once your order is en route for local delivery.

Delivery Issues

• Sensational Holy Threads is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier using standard shipping and express shipping, or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

• For Local delivery, if a delay is caused please email us right away. We always will be keeping you up to date with your order.
